Professional Experience
Neil was born in Townsville 1968 and transferred to the Gold Coast in 1990 as a qualified Ambulance Officer within the Queensland Ambulance Service . Neil left the Ambulance Service and owned and operated his own Medical Practice before completing his law degree with Honours at Bond University. Neil has also been a tutor in Law subjects at Bond University.
He was admitted to the Queensland Bar in 2002 while working in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Neil's main areas of practice are: Family Law, Criminal Law and Building & Construction Law. Neil is an Adjudicator for Building & Construction Disputes in Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania and the ACT. Neil also prepares Adjudication Applications and Adjudication Responses on behalf of Claimant’s and Respondent’s. Neil appears in all jurisdictions regarding the Building & Construction Industry debt recovery process.
Neil likes to keep fit with gym, running and standup paddle boarding. He enjoys snow skiing each year, dinning out and boating.
